Staff put a great deal of thought into how our daughter's stay could be improved and try very hard to make things as near to how they're are done at home as is possible.
As a result her stay was very good despite her current health problems and we very much appreciated their efforts.

Another good stay which came straight after a family holiday. Family holidays, as carers, although lovely, are not a rest so the stay was very welcome as it allowed us some free time to recharge our own batteries. Many thanks to all.

Our daughter had a really good stay at 1 Willow Close. She had a rash on her face when she went in which looked much better on her return home.
Great care and attention to clients and a huge support to parents/carers, not just in providing a great place to stay but also in practical advice. Great work.

A good stay which included a trip to a music workshop and a chance to get out and about. 1 Willow close provides invaluable help to parents and carers and continually looks for new and better ways to support clients. Excellent service which families cannot do without.

Our daughter who is in her 40's had a very good stay and we were able to take a holiday without worry. This allows us to continue care at home, without which we would not be able to carry on. All credit to a unit where staff and management continually achieve standards of excellence.

A very good stay for our daughter who wasn't her usual self at the beginning of her time at 1 Willow Close. She came home much better and we all feel the benefit of an excellent service. Top marks, keep up the good work.
